Nabaji always ensures fair odds and transparent payouts. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, Nabaji's decision shall be final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Nabaji platform and will result in immediate account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Strategic betting for bonus abuse / arbing
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts
• Attempting to hack or exploit system vulnerabilities
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Participation in match fixing or manipulation
• Use of false identity or fraudulent documents
• Unauthorized use of the Nabaji brand name or logo

Nabaji reserves the right to forfeit all balances and winnings and to pursue legal action against any user found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities listed above.

Nabaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violations of the Terms & Conditions
• Failure to provide verification documents
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• If suspicious transactions or signs of fraud are detected
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)

Before closing an account, Nabaji will generally send a warning via email. However, in cases of serious violations, the account may be closed without prior notice.
